Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 27.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

The hotel charges a GBP 10.00 deposit if guests want to bring a pet. This deposit is refundable upon departure, but will be used to cover any expenses in case of damages caused by the pet.
